Connections uses the ScanTek entry system all night to help keep the venue safe, organised, and enjoyable for everyone.
When you arrive, ScanTek securely scans your ticket and ID to confirm entry, ensuring that only authorised patrons are allowed inside.
This system plays an important role in keeping patrons safe by preventing entry from individuals who have been barred and by flagging safety-related issues associated with patrons at other venues that also use ScanTek. By sharing these safeguards across participating venues, ScanTek helps staff identify potential risks early and maintain a safer environment for everyone inside.
All information is handled securely, and the process is fast and straightforward—designed to protect you.
-
We are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive environment for all patrons.
The venue is wheelchair accessible via a lift located at the entrance. The lift goes to the main room and terrace. A wheelchair-accessible bathroom is located on the terrace.
Please note that the main room and the terrace are each accessed via one flight of stairs.
There is clear lighting outside the venue entrance, and venue security are stationed at the door to assist patrons with entry. If waiting in the entry queue is not compatible with your accessibility needs, please let security know—they will be happy to help you bypass the queue for a smoother entry.
If you require any assistance during your visit, our staff are always happy to help.
