Do you need us to pick up any items after your act? Describe what items you will need picked up to ensure all items are given back to you. If you're going to have any kind of liquid/mess please describe what kind of mess you will be making. You will need to bring your own towel/tarp.

LIGHTING *

There will be no use of strobe lights. Keep it as simple as possible. Use timestamps and key words in description. Maximum 5 cues please. Example: 0:00-0:10 - Lights fade in with music 0:11-0:45 - Red lights

COSTUME COLOURS *

This is to help our lighting person make sure your costume isn't washed out by the lighting!

TRIGGER WARNINGS

Does your act contain any content that involves: Drug/Alcohol Use, Fake Genital Removal, Violence, Sexual Violence, Death & Suffering, Mental Health Issues, Discrimination, Hate Speech, Abuse, Medical Content, Horror FX. If your act contains any of the above describe exactly how it will be involved in your act and provide us with a statement for our Host to tell the audience before your act.
